PRAXIS translates the Experiential Learning principles developed by Dr. David A. Kolb into practical applications. We enhance individual understanding of past experiences and how those shape problem-solving and decision-making skills. This is not situational or scenario-based training nor is it a typical trait-based evaluation like Myers-Briggs, DISC, or others. We enlighten team members on their preferred “style” and help them apply that self-awareness to become more flexible and adaptable to a wide range of challenges that will drive solutions for your organization.
